“I wish I still had my husband to go home to – Hot Felon Jeremy Meeks’ estranged wife Melissa breaks down as she talks about divorce
‘Hot Felon’ Jeremy Meeks’ estranged wife and mother of his seven-year-old son, Melissa, has opened up about her broken marriage, and how it’s left her devastated.
During an emotional interview with This Morning hosts Ben Shepherd and Amanda Holden on Monday, confessing that she still loves and misses her husband of eight years despite his infidelity, she said:
“Obviously he’s my husband of 8 or 9 years, and I love him deeply. I still do.
“It’s very hard for me when I think about what’s happened because, honestly, I wish I still had my husband to go home to.”
When Ben Shephard asked her whether she could see a way back.
She answered: “I don’t believe so, not at this point.”
Melissa blames his over the top modeling career for their split partly :
“The exposure he got, he had these amazing opportunities, new career path, a lot of traveling.“I wasn’t able to go with him on a lot of things and it put distance between us.“I wouldn’t say that was the cause, but definitely was a part of what happened with him.
“I had no indication he was looking for another relationship.“All relationships go through ups and downs, and I thought it was just a new chapter we’d have to work through.”
She also recalled Jeremy confessing his infidelity to her June 2017, after photos of new girlfriend, Chloe draped all over him during a yacht photoshoot hit the internet.
‘He was just apologetic for how things came out and how hurt I was by it.
‘I don’t really think there’s any denying it based on the photos that were out there…’
Jeremy Meeks filed for divorce shortly after the confession and has been putting on lots of public display of affection with new girlfriend,Topshop heiress Chloe Green, ever since
Meeks and Chloe might be tieing the knot soon as Chloe posted a loved-up photo online with the cryptic caption ‘Let the countdown begin’.
